We aim to be transparent when it comes to how much we charge, so please see our fee structure detailed below.
For Buyers
Registration fee: £700, non-refundable, but deductible from success fee.
Payable: in advance
Length of search: 16 weeks.
Success fee: Based upon % of agreed purchase price, as shown in table below:

15% of the amount saved from the asking price after negotiating on a property whichever is the greater, payable on exchange of contracts.

Success fee: One month's agreed rental
