"I must admit to having been initially sceptical, I naively thought having recently relocated from London, renting with no property to sell, that buying a house in Tunbridge Wells would be easy....

After searching for a while, all to no avail, my wife heard some mums at school discussing Fiona and the service she and her team offered. We decided to consider this option and arranged an initial meeting with Fiona to discuss options. What we liked from the outset was there was no mention of budget, the focus was on what the requirements were for our next family home. It's worth noting that, in many cases, the houses we viewed did not make it onto the standard listing websites for some weeks, if at all.

When we first discussed our requirements, we had identified three specific roads in central Tunbridge Wells that we would like to live in. Within 4 weeks Fiona had found one. We viewed within two days of the agent being instructed, second viewing two days later and we had an offer accepted a couple of days after that.  The house was never advertised and essentially the estate agent made one phone call to Fiona - this process really works, the agent did not take photos or even make a floor plan and the property was under offer within a week.

Why are Fiona and the team so successful? Well, they are just amazing.....they are very professional and work incredibly hard to find you a dream home. We realised we needed help finding our next home after deciding to move from South London to Tunbridge Wells. "We decided to use the services of a property finder as we were moving to Kent from Suffolk. We had no detailed knowledge of the county but were clear in terms of our requirements for a property and our reasons for moving. We were looking for a property with character, in a village location, with a reasonable sized garden and views.
