When we met Fiona we didn't quite know what we wanted but we did have a huge long list of seemingly contradictory requirements  - a space that was good for two empty nesters but that could magically absorb large groups of friends and family, (plus immediate access to dog walks, walking distance to a pub etc). 

Eventually we realised we really wanted to live in the Ashdown Forest and apparently no one leaves the Ashdown Forest. She listened to us and was very patient. She of course found us a house that we absolutely fell in love with. After that she (and her team) helped us navigate the process of purchasing, from providing a trusted list of lawyers and surveyors to calming our nervous sellers. 

Fiona clearly has a very good reputation with all the local estate agents so you often get houses before they come on the market. If you are considering her services I would definitely recommend that you go for it.
