"We came across Fiona's website by chance after more than a year of searching on our own, one disastrous purchase/sale and another that looked to go the same way. We were also feeling under pressure to make our move to the country from the city and into our dream forever home before our daughter started school. This secured us the much-wanted school place and meant we kept our buyers who were eager to move in while we waited to move in ourselves.
The house itself is one we would not have even looked at without Fiona and her team's deep knowledge of the area and clear understanding of our wishes. When searching for houses you make snap decisions on the look of a place as well as the practicalities and price. Fiona and her team overcame those and once we saw the place and loved it, they worked tirelessly to ensure we secured it - putting us in contact with a mortgage adviser, negotiating the price and ensuring we did not lose out in a bidding war. Fiona's combination of hard work, tenacity, diplomacy and patience won through and we're very grateful. We're very happy here."
