We realised we needed help finding our next home after deciding to move from South London to Tunbridge Wells. We spent a couple of months looking for a house on our own, but it was harder than we thought. There was so much competition that we couldn’t even view properties because open house events were too crowded.

From our first contact to the aftercare after our move, Fiona and her team were excellent; we are grateful to Fiona, Mandy, Lucinda, and Sue for their support during our home search. This time coincided with my pregnancy and the birth of our first child. The team worked hard to reduce any inconvenience and stress, especially when things didn’t go as planned (and this was not anyone's fault). The communication was clear and frequent, and the team was very responsive. We really appreciated this, as it helped ease our worries.

We met Fiona to discuss our needs. She quickly understood what we wanted and used her local knowledge to help us.

Working with Fiona saved us time and effort. She and Mandy looked at properties for us, which was especially helpful since we were living and working in London. When we did visit a property, it was very valuable to have someone with local expertise to give us good advice.

When we liked a property, the next steps were easy. Fiona has great connections that help you during and after buying a home. For example, she connected us with a good mortgage broker and surveyor, which was really helpful.

The team worked hard to find us a home. When problems came up, they quickly helped us find a great rental on short notice. I can’t thank them enough for solving the issue fast and making sure we were settled in Tunbridge Wells before our baby arrived.

Searching for a house with a baby would have been very difficult without help. Luckily, we found our home thanks to Fiona’s connections. She informed us about a house that was going to be for sale. We got to see it first and had the chance to visit it twice before deciding to buy it.

Even after we moved in, Fiona continued to be kind and generous. Her many local contacts helped us quickly get renovation work done to our home, so that little over a year after moving in, we have made our new house into a wonderful family home.
