When we decided to put an offer on a house, Fiona would handle all the negotiations and have all the dealings with the agent/seller on our behalf. She would take care of all practicalities leading up to exchange and make sure everything progressed as fast as possible.
Having Fiona on our side took a lot of stress out of the house buying process. It also freed up our time. With Fiona’s area and market knowledge we also felt comfortable to act faster when we had found the house we wanted.
Buying a house and moving to a new area can be very stressful. However, with Fiona constantly on hand we had a friend to turn to, giving us advice and support. It was a life saver. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Without her I fear we might have given up on the idea of buying and just settled on renting instead."
